Role Summary
As a B2C Telesales Intern, you are the "brand ambassador" on the other end of the phone. Your mission is to connect with individual consumers, understand their pain points, and show them how your product or service can make their lives better. You act as the bridge between a customer’s curiosity and a final purchase, ensuring every interaction is positive, helpful, and focused on hitting key sales milestones.
What will you be doing?
Direct Outreach: Engaging with individual leads via outbound calls to introduce them to the brand and spark a desire for its services.
Benefit Storytelling: Moving beyond a script to explain product benefits in a way that resonates personally with each customer.
Lead Conversion: Guiding interested prospects through the initial stages of the "buyer's journey," answering their questions, and converting their interest into sales.
Relationship Nurturing: Following up with customers who showed previous interest to keep the brand top-of-mind and address any lingering doubts.
Target Achievement: Working against daily and monthly goals to help the sales team reach its revenue and growth benchmarks.
Data Management: Keeping the CRM updated with accurate customer notes so that the team knows exactly where each lead stands.
