We are looking for a high-impact Finance Leader to strengthen Rize’s financial engine by optimizing capital, improving lending economics, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

This role will design and enhance the financial model behind our lending operations to ensure capital is secured and deployed efficiently. The position will also play an important role in fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning as Rize scales.

It is ideal for someone from fintech, BNPL, lending, or asset-backed financing who wants to take on a strategic leadership role in a fast-growing startup.

What will you be doing?

Capital Strategy & Lending Efficiency

• Optimize Rize’s financing structure and cost of capital

• Improve lending efficiency and capital utilization

• Structure and negotiate financing facilities

• Support strategies that drive the company toward sustainable profitability

Financial Modeling & Business Strategy

• Build and maintain advanced financial and business models

• Analyze lending performance, portfolio behavior, and unit economics

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Support investment rounds and capital raising

• Strengthen relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners

• Prepare financial materials and insights for stakeholders

Cash Flow & Financial Planning

• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting

• Lead budgeting and financial planning

• Ensure capital is deployed efficiently to support growth

Financial Operations

• Implement scalable financial processes and controls

• Oversee financial performance tracking and reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams and external financial partners

You're a perfect match if you have

• 8–12 years of experience in finance

• Startup or high-growth environment experience

• Experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, or asset-backed financing

• Strong financial modeling and business modeling skills

• Experience working with capital structures, financing facilities, or fundraising

• Strong understanding of lending economics and capital efficiency

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and drive financial improvements
