Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team at Rize. This internship is designed for university students who want to gain hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is eager to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and contribute to improving return on investment (ROI).

What will you be doing?

• Assist in the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Track campaign performance and analyze results to identify trends.
• Help optimize ad spend to improve return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine digital advertising strategies.
• Support reporting efforts by preparing campaign performance summaries.

You're a perfect match if you have

• Final-year university student or recent graduate, preferably majoring in Marketing.
• Previous experience in Marketing or prior internships is preferred.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Participation in university clubs, student activities, or volunteer organizations is a plus.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow performance marketing skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
